The capacity is 60 with tables and chairs, 126 with chairs only and 175 standing only.

Guests are welcome to use their own vendors and approved licensed bartenders.

Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

The events are to be set up, broken down and cleaned within the time slot rented.

Guests are allowed a refund up to 14 days of the event minus a 25% cancellation fee. After the 14 days, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Yes, you may schedule a site visit by calling the venue number and we can set up a day and time.

We currently do not provide décor but we are willing to help in any way possible to make your event special.

 
Set up must be done within the time slot that the space is rented.

Alcohol is allowed under the supervision of a licensed bartender.

50% of the rental is due at booking and signing. The remaining payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Accepted methods of payment are Zelle, Venmo, Cash or check.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests and must be done within the time slot rented. There is a refundable security deposit of $200.
